Step 1:

Coffee and Water: 55 g/L (Light Roast) to 65 g/L (Dark Roast)

Step 2:

Set brewer in standard position on a server. Don't rinse or preheat the brewer (it doesn't make any difference).

Step 3:

Start the timer and add 200 mL Water

Step 4:

Put plunger immediately on. This creates a vacuum to stop the coffee dripping through.

Step 5:

Gently swirl

Step 6:

Wait till the 2 min mark

Step 7:

Gently swirl

Step 8:

Wait 30 sec

Step 9:

Press gently with minimal force for around 30 sec till the end (ignore the hiss)

Step 10:

Drink and enjoy!
